David M. Bercovitch

David M. Bercovitch, Of Counsel at Greenfield Law Group, is a litigation attorney focused on achieving exceptional results for his clients. Throughout his career, Mr. Bercovitch has litigated several hundred cases. Utilizing his litigation experience, Mr. Bercovitch routinely achieves successful results for his clients.   

Mr. Bercovitch attend college at the George Washington University and law school at Villanova University Law School. While attending law school Mr. Bercovitch concentrated his legal training on litigation. Mr. Bercovitch clerked in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas with President Judge Pamela Dembe and the Honorable Judge Glynnis D. Hill. Additionally, Mr. Bercovitch completed the distinguished Villanova Law School Civil Justice Clinic and the Defender’s Association of Philadelphia Clinic.  After graduating Villanova University Law School, Mr. Bercovitch practiced plaintiff litigation for several years at prominent Philadelphia plaintiff firms.

Mr. Bercovitch has received recognition as a top trial lawyer from numerous organizations and groups: “The National Trial Lawyers – Top 40 under 40 in 2018; “Lawyer of Distinction – Civil Litigation in 2017”; “AVVO Top Contributor Award – 2016”; “AVVO Clients Choice Award – 2015”; “Super Lawyer – Rising Star” in 2020 and again in 2021.

In addition, Mr. Bercovitch serves as an Arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County and is involved in countless community organizations.
