Dov Rosen, Of Counsel at Greenfield Law Group LLC, is an experienced commercial real estate, corporate, and M&A practitioner.

Dov represents clients in negotiating purchase and sale agreements, bank loan documents, title matters, and closing documents in commercial real estate transactions as well as representing landlords and tenants in negotiating office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial leases.   In his corporate practice, Dov represents clients across a range of industries in drafting complex partnership agreements and negotiating asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, and merger agreements.  He is also experienced in negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, distribution agreements, license agreements, software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.

Dov earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.  After graduating law school, he clerked at the Fourteenth Court of Appeals of the State of Texas with the Honorable Justice Tracy Christopher.  Dov is admitted to the Texas Bar.
